As a general rule, you should self-report PDUs in batches of 10-15 PDUs max. That lowers the likelihood of an "automatic audit".

But Spotify is easier because we created the spreadhset specifically for the episodes that are available in the Playlist on Spotify. There is no playlist elsewhere.

Download the Spotify 60 PDU spreadsheet (link above) and track each episode you listen to. The better you document your learning activities the more you can give evidence to PMI that you have indeed subscribed and listened to The PM Podcast in case your PDU claims are audited.

When self-reporting your PDUs in PMI’s CCRS system, use The Project Management Podcast as the provider. For the title, enter something like Episodes 500 to 533 to reflect the range of episodes you’re reporting.

Don't report PDUs for individual episodes. Instead, listen to about 10-15 hours across multiple episodes, and then report them all in one go. Here's how:

Each episode in the spreadsheet includes its duration. Add up the minutes you listened to and convert the total to PDUs (60 minutes = 1 PDU). Use the spreadsheet to assign your PDUs to the appropriate talent triangle categories.
