How to Earn Your 60 Free PDUs on Spotify
PDU FAQ
Can I really earn 60 PDUs for free?
Yes. All episodes in the playlist qualify for free PDUs under the "Education" category.
Can I report all 60 PDUs at once?
We don't recommend it because if you do, you will be audited.
As a general rule, you should self-report PDUs in batches of 10-15 PDUs max. That lowers the likelihood of an "automatic audit".
Do I have to listen on Spotify?
No, but it's recommended because we created the spreadhset and playlist specifically for the episodes that are available on spotify. You can find the same episodes also on YouTube and our websites, but not with a playlist.
How do I document the episodes I listened to and PDUs earned?
Download the Spotify 60 PDU spreadsheet (link above) and track each episode you listen to. The better you document your learning activities the more you can give evidence to PMI that you have indeed subscribed and listened to The PM Podcast in case your PDU claims are audited.
How do I claim PDUs on the PMI website?
All PDUs must be claimed online on PMI's Continuing Certification Requirements System. Watch this video for all the details and then look below the video for step-by-step instructions:
- Go to https://ccrs.pmi.org/
- Log in to the website
- Click "Report PDUs" on the left
